A Trick or Treat Dim Sum Crawl
It wasn't too long ago that Los Angeles Chinatown was the Southland's only destination for a respectable plate of chow mein or a hearty bowl of wonton noodle soup. For decades, visitors flocked to Chinatown restaurants in search of classic Chinese cuisine as well as diverse regional specialties.
In the wake Downtown LA's own rebirth and dining renaissance, a new generation of entrepreneurial chefs, lured by the neighborhood's dynamic culture and rich culinary history, are joining the ranks of Chinatown's old guard in this foodie paradise.
Even for a local, the number of delicious meal-time options in Los Angeles Chinatown can be frighteningly overwhelming.
FEAR NOT foodie friends, we'll get through this, together! Join your friends in Chinatown on All Hallow's Eve for a curated brews and bites event like no other. Sample a cross-section of Chinatown's finest offerings paired alongside Los Angeles's best craft beers. All beer selections are *meticulously matched* by the team at Melody Lounge.
To commemorate the festive occasion, costumes will be highly encouraged - with bonus "Dishes of HORROR" available only to costumed attendees. Dishes of Horror will feature nightmarish ingredients not for the faint of heart.
